S ~ For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. Psalm 84:11
O ~ I love this psalm, and this song. God is not a withholder of good. He gives grace, glory and good things. It is His very nature to give, and He is good.
A ~ How important it is to trust the Lord, and remember Who He is, and look to Him as our source.
This psalm is a great declaration of truth, and can cause hope and joy to abound in our lives, in the midst of whatever we face.
P ~ Lord, thank You for lighting up my life (sun) and for being my protection (shield). Thank you for giving grace (when I fall) and glory (Your evident presence), and for not withholding and good thing (provision) as I follow you (the righteous path).
