Whatever You Need

S ~ I tell you the truth,” Jesus said, “this poor widow has given more than all the rest of them.  For they have given a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she has.” Luke 21:3-4

O ~ It’s not the amount - it’s the percentage. Or, it’s how much you have left after you have given. Have you given most, some, lots, little, or all.

A ~ I want to be like the widow, giving everything to Jesus. Yet, I’m quite sure I only want to give it in my heart, not actually give it. “Oh Lord, I give You everything” , but I fully expect to continue to enjoy all my stuff. My house, my car, my motorbike, this ipad, yada, yada, yada.   I wonder what it would be like to give it all, not just in my heart.
